Hello, this is Gurume, a Japanese restaurant in the Eastern suburbs.

Our restaurant is a steadily growing local Japanese restaurant with many regular customers, particularly families.

Due to the nature of the area, most of our customers are friendly locals.
We currently focus on selling alcohol, sushi, and Japanese meals.

We offer sake, draft beer, and wine, so you must hold an RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.

We have 10 staff members, but as we get busier, we are looking to hire more staff. We are currently hiring for hall staff and sushi makers.

Typically, the restaurant operates with two staff in the front and two in the kitchen during the morning. During busy evening hours, especially on Fridays and Saturdays, we operate with four to five staff in the front and three in the kitchen, totaling eight staff members. Our team consists of Australians, Japanese, and Koreans.

You should have a level of English sufficient to communicate with customers, as we have many local customers and handle reservations and inquiries over the phone. We are looking for people with student visas, those who can work evenings only, or those who can work both morning and afternoon shifts. If you work only in the evenings, you can work around three days a week, or if you work full days, around three to four days a week. However, it would be ideal if you could work on Fridays and one weekend day. We can adjust the hours flexibly, so please contact us. Casual pay starts at $29.33 on weekdays and $35.19 on weekends, but it can be adjusted based on experience and skill.

Breaks are from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm or 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Morning shifts start at 11:00 am, and the restaurant opens at 4:30 pm for evening shifts. We are also looking for someone who can manage and perform multiple tasks throughout the day.

재 저희 레스토랑은 꾸준히 성장하고 있는 로컬 일식 레스토랑입니다. 많은 가족 단위의 레귤러 커스터머가 있고 동네 특성상 나이스한 호주분들이 대부분입니다.

현재 술과 스시 그리고 일식밀 위주로 판매 하고 있고 술은 샤케와 생맥주 와인을 판매해서 rsa 보유 하여야 합니다. 직원은 총 10명이지만 바뻐지는 관계로 직원를 더 충원 할려고 합니다. 구하는 직책은 홀과 스시메이커 입니다.

레스토랑 특성상 상시 바쁜게 아니고 바쁜 시간은 주니어들이 보통 고객 담당을 하고 스시 만드시는 일이 주가 될수 있고 오전 시간엔 간단한 칼질 정도의 프랩과 스시만들면서 홀을 같이 하셔야 할수 있는 멀티역할입니다. 스시는 기계 구비중이고 레시피 다 정리되어 있고 만드실때 혼동될수 있으니 앞에 어떻게 만드는지 다 메뉴얼화해서 보면서 할수 있도록 준비해뒀습니다.

보통 앞에 두명 주방에 2명으로 오전엔 운영되고 바쁜 저녁시간엔 금토요일엔 앞에 4-5명 주방에 3명 총 8명의 인원으로 현재는 운영되고 있습니다. 인원 구성은 호주인 일본인 한국인 이렇게 구성되어 있습니다.

영어는 의사소통 할수 있는 수준은 되셔야 합니다. 호주 로컬 손님도 많고 전화로도 예약과 문의도 받아야 할 수준은 되셔야 합니다. 학생비자이거나 저녁에만 하실분들이나 아니면 오전오후 같이 하실분들 구합니다. 일은 저녁에만 하신다면 3일정도 혹은 하루종일 하신다면 3-4일 정도 가능할꺼 같습니다. 다만 금요일과 주말 하루는 근무 가능 하셨으면 합니다. 시간은 유연하게 조정 할수 있으니 연락 주세요. 케주얼로 평일 29.33 주말엔 35.19로 시작하지만 경력과 실력에 따라서 조정되어 지급하겠습니다.

브레이크는 2시30분에서 4시30분에 혹은 3시부터 5시입니다. 오전엔 11시에 시작하고 저녁엔 4시30분에 오픈합니다. 혹은 전체적으로 멀티플레이하실 메니징 하실분도 구하고 있습니다.
