Hi, I’m looking for a full-time Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine and Kitchen Hand for our Newstead location.

Position:

• full-time Sous Chef,
• Casual Chef
•  Kitchen Hand

Sous Chef:

• Store: Newstead
• Working Hours: 6:30am – 3:30am
• Working days: Mon,Tue,Wed,Thur,Sun
• Closing days: Fri,Sat
• Salary: Negotiable
• Qualifications: Basic English communication, at least 1 year experience as a chef.

Casual Chef:

• Store: Camp Hill
• Working Hours: 7:00am – 3:00am
• Working days: Mon, Fri, Sat
• Hourly wage: $30 weekdays $36 weekends $60 holidays (based on unqualified chef)
• Qualifications: Basic English communication, at least 1 year of experience as a chef.

Weekend Kitchen Hand:

• Location: South Bank
• Working Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm
• Working days: Saturday and Sunday
• Hourly wage: $29 weekdays $34 weekends $58 holidays
• Qualifications: Basic English communication, kitchen experience
