We are currently looking for a hardworking, friendly, and outgoing experienced Barista to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone who genuinely loves coffee, takes pride in their work, and enjoys creating a great experience for customers. We are after someone who can work confidently in a fast-paced cafe environment, maintain high standards, and bring positive energy to every shift.
About the role
As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee consistently, providing warm and efficient customer service, and supporting the wider cafe team when needed. This is a hands-on role for someone who is not only passionate about coffee, but also understands the importance of cleanliness, speed, teamwork, and customer experience.
Shift availability required
Candidates must be available to work between the hours of:
- 5:45am to 4:00pm
What we are looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a cafe
- Fluent English with strong communication skills
- A genuine love for coffee and confidence with latte art
- A strong understanding of coffee quality, consistency, and workflow
- Someone who takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail
- Ability to work in a clean, organised, and efficient manner
- Friendly, energetic, and confident with customers
- A team player who is happy to assist in other areas of the cafe when coffee is quiet
- Able to stay calm and work well under pressure in a busy environment
Key responsibilities
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
- Maintaining a clean, stocked, and well-organised coffee station
- Producing consistent coffee during busy service periods
- Assisting with other cafe duties and supporting other departments as needed
- Helping maintain the overall presentation and smooth running of the venue
