Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute to Kangaroo Point, Brisbane
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Responsibilities include:

• Planning menus
• Delegate tasks to kitchen staff
• Training new kitchen staff
• Creating seasonal menus
• Inventory management
• Controlling budgets and minimizing waste
• Coordinating with suppliers
• Kitchen Management
• Monitoring safety standards
• Cooking and overall look after the kitchen

Commercial Cookery Qualification and at least 2 years of working in a similar role compulsory.
