We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor/C! to join our growing team. You are passionate about delivering a great experience to our customers with every interaction.

The Role:

• Manage cleaning operations by developing and managing work schedules, assigning and monitoring work
• Implementing productivity standards, resolving operational challenges and implementing new procedures.
• Manage and control costs to ensure they are contained within budget.
• Ensure that all services are delivered safely
• Provide leadership by ensuring team members understand performance targets and goals and that team members are properly trained and inducted for their roles.
• Identify and implement any opportunities for improvement in relation to day- to-day delivery of services.
• Establish an environment that encourages continuous improvement and quality outcomes.
• Manage cleaning standards
• Be the client’s go to person

Key responsibilities:

• Overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operations according to contractual requirements
• Effectively manage staff to include efficient shift coverage requirements and service delivery KPIs are met
• Training and mentoring team members
• Work with your manager to improve the cost effectiveness of the services of the site
• Build and maintain effective client relationships, managing client requests and complaints
• Delivering reporting requirements
• Responding to general cleaning, periodical, preventative and emergency incidents or queries
• Actively promote a positive and safe work environment
• Administration tasks as required
• Be hands on and available to the client and the team

Skills and Experience:

• Ability to work both independently and as part of the Springmount team
• Min 3 years’ experience in a similar role in the cleaning or customer services industry
• Open to learning new ways of doing things and working to standards
• Proven high level of customer service and management skills across diverse team/skill set
• Demonstrated problem solving, strong analytical and project management skills
• Proven organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and staff rosters.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong working relationship with key stakeholders in a busy environment
