About This Job

The restaurant & bar is open 7 days a week breakfast & lunch and 5 nights a week for dinner. We have a food philosophy that encourages and applauds consistency. As such our recipes are developed around classics and never waver from that profile. We use the finest local ingredients and organics when possible and change menus 2-3 times per year.

You will be responsible for…

• High volume services
• Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner services
• Responsible for food safety and Hygiene
• BOH operations
• Food Safety procedures
