Rustichella Pasta Bar is an authentic regional Italian restaurant dedicated to preserving and celebrating the rich culinary traditions of Emilia Romagna in Italy. With a passion for handmade pasta and a commitment to excellence, we are looking for talented individuals to join our front-of- house team. We are located in Nundah Village. **Position Overview:**
As a member of our front-of-house team, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the culinary traditions of Emilia Romagna and share this knowledge with our patrons.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
– Provide attentive and knowledgeable service, including menu explanations and recommendations.
– Assist in creating an authentic Italian dining atmosphere.
– Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
– Learn and describe the culinary traditions of Emilia Romagna, with a focus on fresh handmade egg and flour pasta
– Experience in hospitality preferred
– Wine knowledge and enthusiasm.
– Barista skills is a plus
– Strong communication skills to describe dishes and wines.
– Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to the role.
– Availability for night shifts, as required.
