Hi, this is Rina from Souffle Japancakes. We specialize in serving fluffy Japanese pancakes and are currently looking for new team members who meet the following criteria:

Requirements:

Experience in the food and beverage industry (Chefs, pâtissiers, and similar roles are highly preferred).

Availability to work for at least 6 months to 1 year.

Ability to work 3 days on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).

Fluffy Japancakes

Hamilton / EatStreet

EatStreet Operating Hours:

Friday–Saturday: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Sunday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

(Shifts typically end 30 minutes after closing for cleaning and closing tasks.)

Job Responsibilities:

Cashier and customer service

Pancake topping

Food preparation and cooking

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for team members with strong English communication skills, who are flexible with shifts, and can work collaboratively while maintaining speed and attention to detail. We welcome those with prior experience in sweet shops, takeaway shops, or restaurants, especially those skilled in delicate food preparation.

Important Notes:

Weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) is mandatory.

This role is not suitable for candidates who cannot commit to these days due to prior commitments.

Students should inform us of their availability based on their class schedules in advance.
