Emirates Leisure Retail (ELR) ANZ operates over 30 venues across 8 Airports in the region, partnering iconic brands including Heineken (SYD), Penfolds (ADE), AFL (MEL), James Boags (LAU), and LITTLE CREATURES (PER). THIS ROLE/LOCATION

We are seeking enthusiastic bartenders, barista crew members, café all rounders and food and beverage supervisors who are passionate about coffee and food and about providing exceptional guest experiences.

• Casual and Full Time positions available
• Brisbane Airport
• Café all rounder / Barista & Bartender / F&B Supervisors
• Training across multiple sites
• Must be available to work across a 7-days rotating roster, including early morning and night shifts (4am to 1pm and/or 5.00pm to 2am)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to)

• Serve our valued customers with enthusiasm
• Making barista quality coffee
• Serve cocktails, beers and world class wines & spirits
• Providing table service and taking orders
• All whilst following ELR ANZ policies, guidelines and procedures

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

• Must have relevant work experience
• Must have own reliable transportation
• A passion for great guest service and a team player
• A keen focus on ensuring quality every time
