About You
- Passionate about customer service and providing exceptional experiences
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and time management skills
- Flexible and resourceful
- Excellent presentation
- Prior experience in a la carte restaurant and/or event industry is preferred
- Current RSA certificate
- Availability to work flexible hours (including weekends)
About the role
- A la carte dining service
- Weddings and other events
- Cafe shifts
- Bar service (including cocktail making)
- Food and drinks service
- Ensure that all guests’ needs are exceeded
- Have strong knowledge of menus
- Ability to upsell menu items
- Ensure that all tasks set are completed in the time allocated and to the standard set
- Ensure service areas are always immaculately clean and tidy.
