Front of House Staff Wanted for Funky Woolloongabba Pizza Shop

We are a local pizza shop seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our team as Front of House Staff.

Position: Front of House Shift Supervisor

Location: Woolloongabba

Hours: 25-30 hrs

Responsibilities:

– Greet and welcome customers with a warm smile and positive attitude.

– Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.

– Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.

– Answer customer inquiries and provide menu recommendations.

– Maintain a clean and organized dining area.

– Assist with cashier duties, including processing payments and providing receipts.

– Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.

Qualifications:

– Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

– Attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
