About This Job

Fiorelli Restaurant is seeking a part time Kitchen Hand. In this part time position, you need to be available to work some weeknights and on weekends. You must be proactive, efficient and have the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.

Kitchen Hand duties include:

Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment
Maintaining the equipment and utensils
Dishwashing
Supporting and assisting kitchen team
Ensuring OHS procedures are followed
Stock rotation and food safety adherence
Food preparation and allocation
Removing rubbish

You will have the following:
