EXPERIENCED SECTION WAITERS

We are looking for people with the right attitude and the ability to converse with customers. We have a variety of section waitstaff shifts available noting that Walters is only open Mondays to Saturdays.

Skill requirements for section waiters / food runners:

Previous a la carte experience
Ability to run a section
A current valid RSA certificate
A true passion for food, hospitality and people
Exceptional organisation skills – you need to thrive in a fast paced environment
Confidence in your ability to take charge, able to give and receive genuine feedback and take action as needed
Be warm, personable and sociable – bring your personality to the table
A passion for people and providing unforgettable guest experiences
Advanced communication skills
Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
Flexible availability over a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays

Profile

I’m a friendly and reliable student looking for part-time or casual work. I have experience working in cafés and enjoy working in a busy team environment. I’m comfortable with customer service, taking orders, making basic coffee and keeping the workplace clean and organised. I’m a quick learner, punctual and always willing to help.
