Qualifications & experience
- Must have an RSA
- 1 year experience working as a senior waiter/waitress
- Be able to carry 3 plates
- Be able to work in a fast paced, high pressured environment
Tasks & responsibilities
- hosting
- running a section
- taking customer payments
- helping other members of the team when busy
- running food and drinks
