Vivo Café Morningside are on the lookout for an experienced cook with good skills in food preparation and production for our café in the suburb of Morningside.

We are looking for a friendly and committed team member that can work between 30 – 38 hours per week straddling across both weekdays and the weekend. Our casual and friendly café provides the best coffee in the area accompanied by great tasting food focusing mainly on the breakfast and brunch trade.

The successful applicant must have good cooking and food preparation skills as well as a willingness to learn and take on all kitchen duties. You will be working with a close, friendly, and supportive team sharing a positive attitude and not being afraid to jump in when needed to assist with the smooth running of all aspects of the business.

Assisting front-of-house staff and serving on the POS would be part of your daily duties while coffee making experience will be a bonus.
