We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced barista to join our fast-paced, high-volume café located on Queens Parade, North Fitzroy.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 12 months’ experience working on the coffee machine
• Confidence in a high-volume coffee service environment
• A collaborative attitude, supporting fellow baristas and the wider team
• A flexible, all-rounder approach to café operations

This role also involves:

• Delivering outstanding customer service to a diverse and loyal customer base
• Basic food preparation, food running, and operating the register
