We’re looking for a passionate and experienced barista to join our fast-paced, high-volume café located on Queens Parade in North Fitzroy.
This is a Level 2 Casual position with consistent, fixed hours (32–38 hours per week). We’re seeking someone available to work five days per week, including a mix of weekdays and weekends.
About the Role
You’ll be working in a dynamic, team-focused environment where quality coffee and outstanding service are at the heart of what we do.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 12 months’ experience working on a commercial coffee machine
- Confidence in a high-volume service environment
- Strong workflow management and consistency under pressure
- A collaborative attitude, supporting fellow baristas and the wider team
- A flexible, all-rounder approach to café operations
You will also be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to a diverse and loyal customer base
- Maintaining high standards of coffee quality and presentation
- Contributing positively to a professional, hospitality-driven team culture
