Soufflé Japancakes is a growing café business in Brisbane, specialising in Japanese-style soufflé pancakes and quality coffee.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for friendly and motivated baristas to join our team.

Work Locations

• Greenslopes (7 days trading)

Staff may be required to work across both locations depending on shifts.

Employment Type

• Casual / Part-time

Availability

• Weekend availability is essential
• Flexible weekday availability is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing espresso-based coffee and beverages
• Milk texturing and basic latte art
• Providing friendly customer service
• Maintaining café cleanliness and workflow
• Supporting the team during busy service periods

About You

• Previous barista experience preferred
• Basic barista skills are welcome
• Friendly, reliable, and punctual
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay
