Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks with precision and consistency.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle cash responsibly.
• Assist with the packaging and presentation of bakery goods to maintain their freshness and appeal.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring an excellent cafe experience for our guests.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational needs and uphold quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Barista in a fast-paced cafe or coffee shop environment.
• Proficiency in coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and coffee equipment.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Enthusiasm for working in a team and contributing to a positive, collaborative environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the evolving needs of the cafe.
• Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus.
