Our venues boast their own unique individuality, yet all deliver and resemble who we are as a group.
We are re-launching our restaurant, The Garden at Cloudland, and we’re looking for a well presented and attentive wait staff to join our team. This is an incredible opportunity to join one of Brisbane’s biggest new restaurant.
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be accountable for driving and delivering excellence in customer service at all times.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Welcome customers to the venue and seat at their table
Introduce our menu and describe food and beverage offering
Provide attentive and warm customer service
Contribute to the overall restaurant quality of service
The ideal candidate will possess at least 1-2 years experience in a similar role and:
Strong food and wine knowledge is a plus, but a customer first focus is what we are looking for above all
Strong attention to detail
Exemplary personal presentation and hygiene
