I am Emma, and I recently moved to Brisbane for my studies. As a student in my early 20s, I balance my academic pursuits with part-time work.

I am searching for accommodation in Brisbane City and am open to all housing types, including houses, townhouses, and apartments. My budget is around $300 per week. While parking is unnecessary, amenities such as air conditioning and internet (wifi) access would be appreciated.

In the past few years, we have lived in several shared accommodations. As a result, we have become easy-going and respectful housemates. We understand and appreciate the significance of personal space, but we are also happy to socialise, whether over dinner or just hanging out after work. We are clean and organised individuals who are always eager to maintain a tidy living environment.

As we move to a new city, we are excited to live with friendly and welcoming people. Although we have some acquaintances in Brisbane, we are always open to making new friends. We are looking for a living space that is comfortable with us being together most of the time.

In addition to work and studies, we enjoy playing sports, exploring the outdoors, reading, cooking, and spending time with friends and family. We love animals, but unfortunately, we cannot live with cats due to an allergy.

We are flexible regarding the location, as long as it is reasonably close to our work and study places. Ideally, it should be on the south side of the river. We would be delighted to discuss further if you believe we would be a good match for your place!
