Barista/Front of House

Elixir Coffee Roasters are currently seeking an experienced coffee professional to fill a specialty Barista/Front of House role at our HQ Cafe/Roastery.

We pride ourselves on an exceptional, educated and memorable coffee experience for our customers.

To be considered for the role you will have a positive can-do attitude and the ability to demonstrate the following is essential;

Experience using commercial coffee machines & grinders with an understanding of dose, extraction times and adjusting/dialling in a grinder
Knowledge and ability to execute specialty brewing methods
Attention to detail in a high pressure, fast paced environment
Available to work between Monday to Saturday roster (Saturday availability compulsory)
High levels of energy, enthusiasm and the ability to work well in a team
Polished Latte art skills
Ability to multi task and perform other roles/duties to help your team (floor and counter duties)
