About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified full-time Demi Chef to support our team in producing the best in our main kitchen. If you have respect for the industry, professional 5-star standards, a great work ethic and know what it takes to succeed, we could be a great match.

• Our Demi Chefs report to the Chef de Partie of their section and are responsible for the smooth and efficient operations for their area.
• As a Demi Chef, you will need to prepare and cook a range of cuisines and produce dishes for our buffet breakfast.

This is a great opportunity with straight shifts in a supportive team environment that enhances a learning culture and promoting from within.

The successful applicant will have:

• Ability to work various shifts including early mornings, weekends and public holidays
• Enjoy working in a large team environment
• Be organised and have an eye for detail
• Can multitask in a fast-paced environment while constantly maintaining a calm demeanour
• Be dedicated to providing world class cuisine

Requirements for the role:

Relevant Trade qualifications
A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role within a 5 star property is desirable
Australian Resident or have visa rights to work in Australia
