Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook and plate a range of menu items according to our recipes and standards
• Assist with prepping ingredients and maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene procedures are followed
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Contribute to continuous improvement of kitchen operations and procedure
• Previous experience as a Cook or Kitchenhand in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure
• Enthusiasm for delivering great food and customer service
