About the Role
We are looking for a team member to work across our all day dining venue, Lennons Restaurant and Bar as well as our Poolside Terrace Restaurant, Hibiscus Room.
Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for assisting to bring to life Lennons Restaurant and Bar and Hibiscus Room whilst ensuring maximum guests’ satisfaction and adhering to Hyatt International standards.
Main Responsibilities
Hands on kitchen role
Preparation and cooking of menu items within a busy environment
Work across all culinary sections including LENNONS outlet and Hibiscus Room
Maintain a hygienic and clean work environment
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role
Flexibility around working across all shifts including nights, weekends & public holidays
Exceptional communication and organisation skills
