As a Commis Chef, you will lead a section of the kitchen and be responsible for the success of your station. What are we looking for?
Certificate of Commercial Cookery and prior experience in an up-market, high-volume operation desirable
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of European, Australian or Asian cooking styles
Flexibility to work on a rotating roster that can include days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
Ability to work collaboratively and create positive relationships with others

I’m a friendly and reliable student looking for part-time or casual work. I have experience working in cafés and enjoy working in a busy team environment. I’m comfortable with customer service, taking orders, making basic coffee and keeping the workplace clean and organised. I’m a quick learner, punctual and always willing to help.
