Dhot Property Services is a small family run commercial cleaning business which operates mostly in the Northern Suburbs of Brisbane, with sites ranging from Caboolture all the way to Brisbane CBD.

We are looking for a dedicated commercial cleaner who is happy to work on an ABN as a subcontractor. Ideally. we would like someone who either has experience or has a keen attitude to learn. All training and equipment is provided, and there is the strong potential to gain more hours if you prove to be reliable and have a strong work ethic.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable cleaner to work on a site in Brendale. Work hours would be Monday to Friday, 4 hours each night, Total of 20 hours a week. There is some flexibility in the start time, with cleaning typically starting around 5 or 5.30pm.

There is the potential to gain more hours in the North Brisbane area including sites from Caboolture all the way to the CBD, particularly if you are happy to work after hours, are reliable, have good communication and have reliable transport.

Please only apply if you live locally and are willing to travel between work sites. Reliable transport is a must as some sites aren’t accessible via public transport.

Applicant must have an ABN or be willing to obtain one.

Applicant must have current police check or be willing/able to obtain one

Rate of pay is $27an hour on a ABN or a monthly contract price can be negotiated for the right applicant.

Qualifications & experience

Experience in commercial cleaning would be an advantage.
Driving license, access to a car and the ability to travel ( especially after hours )
Fluent English and well presented would be advantageous
Reliability a must
Work well within a team or alone
Strong Communication skills
Serious applicants only
Fully vaccinated applicants an advantage but not mandatory for some sites
Tasks & responsibilities

Commercial cleaning to include general cleaning duties such as vacuuming, wiping desks, cleaning of toilets and showers, window cleaning; dusting, sweeping and rubbish collection.
Ability to follow work specifications sheets, and direction from site supervisor is a must!
