WE ARE HIRING-COME WORK IN AN ISLAND PARADISE

We are currently looking for people to fill positions at Castaways on Moreton Island. We are looking for an All Rounder/Cook (or willing to learn to cook)

Castaways offers a small licenced store/Café, Unit accommodation and glamping onsite, so duties include but are not limited to front of house, kitchen duties, barista, housekeeping and general duties around our site on Moreton Island which we are making lots of improvements to. You will be interacting with customers(most of who are on holidays), so must be energetic, friendly and have a smile on your face! You must be able to lift items, cook and be flexible with a willingness to learn new skills. A RSA or willing to get one is essential.

This is a casual position as our workload fluctuates, but usually a full working week. We are on a complete sand island 35kms off Brisbane only accessible via boat/jetski or a 1.5hr ferry ride from Brisbane, but we have beautiful beaches and water, great fishing and snorkelling. We can provide accommodation on the Island for a small weekly fee ($100). Who wouldn’t want to live on this beautiful island!
