Sustain Maintain has been maintaining commercial and Body Corporate properties for over 10 years, growing from a one-man operation to a busy small business, now managing a portfolio of over 250 properties.

Experience within the cleaning industry is desired but not essential, what we are really seeking is:

You must be happy and able to work independently for this role.

To be considered for the role you must have a manual driver’s licence, the right to work in Australia, and willing to obtain a current police check.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a permanent part-time employee to join our team for approximately 26 hours per week on a flexible rostering arrangement. Shifts would be worked during the day from Monday to Friday with availability every Friday essential.

You will have the option of joining our garden maintenance team on other days of the week if suitable and desirable for you – this is an offer and is not mandatory.

Renumeration will be as per The Cleaning Services Award 2020 and will begin on Level 2, $28.60 per hour.

Duties & responsibilities include:

• Operate a manual vehicle
• Work independently
• Be responsible for the quality of your own work
• Complete daily reporting requirements
• Present neat & tidy
• Communicate with clients in a friendly & effective manner

Cleaning common areas of commercial and apartment buildings:

• Sweeping & mopping tiled surfaces
• Vacuuming & spot cleaning carpets
• Spot cleaning walls
• Washing and polishing windows & glass panels
• Detailing door frames, handles, light switches, intercoms
• Cleaning hand-rails & balustrading
• Rubbish collection & removal
• Blow-down pathways & carparks
• Change lightbulbs

Sustain Maintain will supply vehicle, equipment, consumables, uniform (work shirt w/ logo), & PPE  – we just need YOU!!!!
