Cleaning Services – AMC Commercial Cleaning
About This Job
Reporting directly to the State Operations Manager, this is a full-time position for a motivated Area Manager. In this role you will, manage a portfolio of clients and ensure their service requirements are met by conducting regular site audits. Addtionally responsibilities will include;
Complete contract management of portfolios within a geographical area.
First point of contact for any complaints or escalations.
Conduct regular ‘on the job’ training with personnel or deploy a specialized trainer as required.
Maintain record of client audits in spreadsheets and reports.
Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Review services with existing clients and identify any gaps in servicing we may be able to fill.
Successful candidate must have:
2-3 years’ experience in Account Management or similar client facing role.
Relevant industry experience would be advantageous
Intermediate Skills in Microsoft-Suite
Ability to build and sustain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
Ability to work autonomously as well as part of the team.
Willingness to commute to remote client sites when required.
