Even if you are not a Japanese chef, we would like you to have a culinary background or be passionate about cooking.

Charcoal cooking, filleting various fish, trimming wagyu beef, menu development, fusion, etc.

I think it’s a good place to learn undercooking because everyone I work with is having fun and you can learn a lot.

They have good equipment and you can have fun cooking.

You must be able to communicate in basic English and have a bright smile and a positive attitude, even if you have no previous experience.

Salary is in accordance with the statutory minimum wage / experience is preferred. Annual contract is available depending on experience.
