Job description
A Chef is required for a busy Cafe in Newstead.
The cafe operated 6 days a week for Breakfast and Lunch, offering traditional meals with focus on Indonesian Cuisine. No Split Shift, Occasional nights for Special Events. Working in a small closed knit team, the suitable candidate must be a team player, ability to work under pressure, posses excellent communication and organisation ability.
Salary range: 55-60K super
To be considered the candidate ideally posses:
- Commercial Cookery Cert 3 minimum
- Minimum 4 years experience in commercial kitchen
- Must have minimum 2 years Indonesian cooking knowledge and
- Experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Highly self motivated
- Understand and practices OH&S at workplace
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Honest and reliable person
