We are opening Fine Dining, Bar, Wine Store, Delicatessen and Artesian retail store in the heart of Brisbane City.

The kitchen is a fine dining offering influenced by the very best European recipes, supported by our most outstanding local products. Using traditional European grills and cooking techniques, along side a free standing Spanish Charcoal Oven adding layers of flavour and depth through our ever changing seasonal menu. Enjoy from our ever developing sommelier curated 120+ bottle wine list, that will excite the palate on every visit.

Working alongside a restaurant team experienced in 1-3 Michelin Stars through France, Monaco, Switzerland, Germany & Japan

Experience in all or some of the following areas is beneficial to this role.

Patisserie – Plated Desserts, Petite fours, Ice Confectionary
Baking – Breads & Pastries
Larder – Canopies, Cold Entrees
2+ years experience as a CDP
Excellent knowledge of food and produce
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
Have full Australian working rights
Available to work nights and weekends
