We are seeking qualified chefs to join our team. You should be passionate in cooking and committed to producing impressive dinning experience to our customer.

Qualifications & experience

• Have a minimum of 2 years experience
• Have an energetic and motivated personality
• Possess the ability to remain calm and work under pressure
• Have an extremely high level of care with the food you produce, with exceptional plate presentation
• Strong communicate skills
• A great team player
• Demonstrate the ability to preserve, freeze and store foods safely.
• Willingness to take direction from Head Chef and management staff
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Working rights in Australia
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including lunch, dinner, weekends & public holidays

Responsibility

• Prepare in a practical manner hot and cold food
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu items including basic ingredients, method of preparation and presentation standards
• Responsible for minimising food wastage
• Responsible for food preparation and presentation as directed by Head Chef
• Show due care of all equipment and report maintenance issues
• Ensure the kitchen is kept clean at all times.
