We are open 7 days a week from 12 – 9pm for food service.

We are looking for an experienced cook/chef who will love working in a small team and getting the opportunity to work independently.

Work hour: 30 – 38 hours a week.

Job tasks and responsibilities

You will have the following experience and qualifications;

• REAL work experience of 2 years + in service essential
• Experience at peak service times, game days get busy
• Full knowledge of food safety, cleanliness & maintenance requirements
• Experience using a Pro-Q Smoker also an advantage, but not essential
