About the Centre
Sunkids Boondall is a purpose-built centre that caters for 75 children from 6 weeks to school age throughout five fully-serviced, modern learning rooms designed specifically for each age group.
About the Role
As a Centre Cook you will have a passion for providing healthy nutritious meals daily to the children, as well as:
Be able to prepare, implement and evaluate the nutritional content of menus for children of all ages
Have experience in bulk meal preparation, online ordering, stock management and budget control
Maintain a clean and safe kitchen, in accordance with Food and Council Authority requirements
Ability to cater for individual child requirements including allergies, specific dietary requirements and needs
Ability to work 5 days per week highly regarded
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Centre Cook/Chef within an Early Learning setting
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Asthma Management Certificates
Current Blue Card
