Located in Southbank and as part of the Emporium Hotel, we are searching for an energetic, passionate and experienced staff to join our small and friendly team.

To be considered for kitchen hand position, you must possess the following:

• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine
• Fine dining experience would be preferred
• Must have commercial kitchen experience
• Must be reliable and self-sufficient
• A valid working visa / residency is essential
• Good English communication
• Japanese speaking is preferred but not required
