Casual Events Assistant

Job Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team for our outdoor event. As part of this event, you will play a key role in engaging with the public, assisting with event operations, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the setup and dismantling of event booths and displays.
• Greet and interact with attendees, providing information about environmental, green travel and related activities.
• Distribute promotional materials, including social media tag cards and free gifts.
• Support the organization of a small activation and post-event recovery lunch.
• Ensure the event area is kept tidy and organized throughout the day.
• Assist with crowd management and provide general support to the event management team.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Prior event experience is a plus but not required.
