Casual – Day time cleaner at Carseldine

About This Job

We are looking for two motivated, well presented and experienced cleaners to maintain a busy health and racquet club in Brisbane North.

Our cleaners are responsible for a range of duties and work to agreed schedules to deliver an exceptionally high standard of work.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Cleaning, stocking and supplying facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
Cleaning of all touch points (taps, bubblers, handrails, door handles etc.)
Spot cleaning
Glass cleaning
Ensuring compliance with company procedures
Maintaining stock levels and ensuring all health and safety procedures and regulations are followed
Creating a positive and safe working environment.

Exceptional presentation of the club is of the utmost importance.

The successful applicant must have:

Ability to obtain a satisfactory National Police Clearance.
Australian Working Rights
Experience working in a professional cleaning capacity preferred
Experience using commercial or industrial cleaning products and equipment preferred
Ability to communicate clearly, openly and effectively with fellow staff and managers
An eye for detail and being proactive
Reliable, punctual and well presented
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Required: 20-25 hours per week (casual) but can be negotiated

Ideal hours Monday – Friday 11:00am – 4:00pm

Saturday is preferred
