You (the successful candidate)

Experience working in a hands-on, team focused bistro style kitchen
Knowledge of cooking practices as they apply to the relevant venue’s menu
Work well under pressure and be able to multi-task
An uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, presentation and safety
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A cheerful, positive attitude towards your work, customers and team members
Flexible availability

The Position

Work in all areas of the kitchen
Ensure all WH&S procedures are adhered to
Ensure compliance with all aspects of the Food Licence
Ensure our customer expectations are exceeded at every interaction
