following:

Proven experience in restaurants and functions or industrial and bulk production
Previous experience with A la carte style will be highly regarded
A love for your work and for the industry
A minimum Cert 3 (or equivalent)
Immediate availability
The right to work within Australia
Police Check or willing to obtain one
HACCP standards, WH&S & an understanding of dietary requirements are to be adhered to
Uniform: Traditional White Chef jacket & pants, knives, apron, chef hat, safety shoes
