The cafe operates from 5:00 am to 1:00 pm daily and is fast paced most of the time, particularly on weekends and holiday time! It provides a unique experience on the Coast for Breakfast. Well renowned for its coffee and Middle Eastern influenced cuisine. With that comes a very passionate following for great service and well presented dishes.
We are looking for a casual chef to work 2 days during the week for our breakfast service from 6:30 am to 12:30 pm. The hours would be approximately 14 hours a week. You would be required to work-in with our full time chef to ensure there is no slippage on food preparation and ordering.
The Role

What we are looking for:
- Strong understanding of costings and stock/budget control
- Ability to multitask and good time management
- Well-presented and a clean operator
- A strong passion for food
- Have a strong knowledge of food, health and safety practices
- A well experienced chef who is especially calm in the heat of service
- A professional work ethic
- You must be legally authorised to work in Australia
