Capri by Fraser Brisbane is currently seeking motivated and experienced Guest Service Agent to join our dynamic and professional team.

About You

Our team is committed to providing a fast, friendly, courteous and efficient service, to create a memorable experience for our guests.

We’re seeking persons with minimum one year of work experience in a similar role within a hotel environment.

The successful candidates need to possess the following attributes, experience and skills:

• A commitment to consistently delivering exceptional guest service including check-in and check-out experience, problem resolution and anticipating and actively meet the needs and expectations of guests
• The ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet designated timeframes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Impeccable presentation and grooming
• Capability to adhere to hotel policies and procedures
• Competent in Word, Excel, Powerpoint software as well as hotel operation software.
• Knowledge of OH&S & hygiene
• A ‘Can do’ attitude and a high level of energy to assist other operational departments to ensure guest expectations are meet

We require full flexibility across seven days including morning and evening shifts.
