Capable Cook / Kitchen All Rounder

About This Job

The role is to prepare healthy nutritious meals for school aged customers at an environmental education site located on the southern gold coast. We have a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate of 25 hours per week Monday – Friday through the school term working 9 day fortnights.

We are looking for a very organized capable cook and kitchen all-rounder who works very cleanly to join our team with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen, who loves working with kids. Applicant needs to have strong understanding of food allergies and intolerances.

Must be able to work autonomously and within a great team environment.

Maintain high standards of hygiene, HACCP record keeping and health and safety guidelines and general kitchen cleanliness.

Must have a blue card for working with children and your own vehicle and license.

Hospitality qualifications are preferred.
