Brothers Fusion Kitchen at Port Melbourne is seeking a dynamic and visionary Cafe Cook and Barista to take our menu and café to the next level.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and creative Cook who loves to experiment with flavors and bring new ideas to our kitchen. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have at least 3 years of experience in a busy café & Restaurant, we want to hear from you!

Your Role:
Prepare and cook menu items in line with our standards and style
Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and specials
Ensure all food is prepared with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, adhering to health and safety guidelines
Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stock rotation
Engage with customers and take feedback to continually improve our offerings
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee with consistency and speed
Shifts 6 am to 2 pm (flexibility to choose 2-5 days a week)
