Cafe All-Rounder

We are seeking an enthusiastic Café All-Rounder to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and other drinks. In addition to their duties, they will be required to assist with food preparation, customer service, and general cleaning duties as needed.

**Having prior barista experience is desirable, but is not mandatory as training will be provided.**

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to customers according to established recipes and procedures
• Operate and maintain all coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment
• Assist with food preparation, including baking, cooking, and serving food to customers
• Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders, and handling cash and card transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including keeping the coffee bar and seating area clean and tidy
• Help with restocking inventory
• Assist with other duties as assigned
   

Requirements:

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Ability to work flexible hours (No weekend or public holidays required)
• Food safety certification is a plus
