We’re seeking a dynamic cafe all-rounder with at least 1 year barista experience to join our friendly team.

Role: Cafe All-Rounder, Barista

Location: Mickle Pickle Espresso, Tingalpa

Hours: Casual

Open times: Monday – Sunday

Responsibilities:

– Greet and serve customers with a smile, providing a welcoming atmosphere

– Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages

– Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cafe area

– Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

– Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

– Previous experience in a similar role preferred

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to work efficiently as part of a team

– Positive attitude and willingness to learn
