Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Assist in the service and presentation of our handcrafted pastries.
• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take customer orders, handle cash transactions, and maintain a clean and organised counter area.
• Contribute to general cafe duties, including cleaning, restocking, and maintaining hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role or a passion for coffee and pastries.
• Barista skills and the ability to create latte art are highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
