Location: Fitzroy Production Kitchen, 400 Brunswick St, Fitzroy.

• Crafting and perfecting a diverse range of pastries, including our signature doughnuts, scrolls, and bread.
• Upholding high standards of quality and consistency in all baked goods.
• Collaborating with the culinary team to innovate and develop new delicious offerings.
• Maintaining cleanliness and adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Leading and mentoring kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Professional qualification as a Pastry Chef.
• At least one year of experience in a commercial bakery or kitchen, preferred.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
• Must be eligible to work in Australia.
• Shift Details: Day shifts starting in the morning, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.
