As a member of our barista team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in a supportive and tight-knit crew. We value teamwork, creativity, and a relentless pursuit of perfection. Your role will involve preparing and serving specialty coffee, operating the espresso machine, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
– Preparing specialty coffee beverages to our high standards
– Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
– Providing outstanding customer service and engaging with customers
– Assisting in other areas of the patisserie as required

Requirements:
– Previous experience as a barista is a must
– Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and latte art is a plus
– Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional coffee
